Registration Forms

Please click the Online Registration button below if you wish to register your child for camp using the online option.  Payments will be accepted through PayPal or you can send a check through the US Postal Service.  The Registration Fee is a minimum of $50 and must accompany the Registration Form, whether online or mailed.  Click on the Offline Registration button if you wish to print a registration form and mail it in to us.
