Camp Grier Global Village & Training Center
Reaching out to the world through education, problem solving and hands on experiences.
The Global Village is about exciting your imagination - an opportunity to learn with hands and heart possibilities about making the world a better place for our friends and neighbors around the globe.
Camp Grier Global Village
Mission Teams… will have opportunities for hands-on training, team building and preparation for their mission trips. This learning experience will be set in a context typical of the physical and cultural environments which they will encounter.
Camp Grier…campers will have the opportunity to experience the daily lives of people living in Haiti and Guatemala. They will learn about the challenges faced by people living in those countries and about the possibilities of becoming involved—today, tomorrow, as young people, or as adults – in helping to meet those challenges.
Camp Visitors…walking tours of the Global Village and learning through on-site interpretive materials – about what we aspire to and how they might participate.
